Dr. Anant has more than fifteen years of professional experience in different industries. He is a Director and founder of Orisyn Services LLP, an RPO firm.
Prior to Orisyn Services LLP, he co-founded and successfully led Talent Options, an executive staffing company, Dr. Anant started his professional career leading various firms and running their core business operations.
Dr. Anant has a broad knowledge of economics and finance. in his free time, he is devoted to traveling, experimenting with new painting techniques, and surfing.
Nitin Patel
Director/COO
Nitin is an Experienced Delivery Manager with over 8 years in the staffing industry. His forte includes communication, politeness, teamwork, and excellent telephone manners. Nitin works with the business community to understand client needs and create customized business solutions that improve service delivery.
He brings considerable experience in managing complete recruitment services while abiding by the best practices of the industry. Nitin has also assessed service request statistics to discover trends,
adjusting staff training and support as needed. Team leadership and direction, sourcing talent, building operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and creating holistic account strategies to meet and exceed client needs are a few of his responsibilities. He also acts as an escalation point for issue resolution, driving great results for all parties.
