We start by understanding your initiatives and building upon them. Next, we identify the ideal recruiter with the experience and expertise to help you scale. Once the right recruiter is selected, our team will begin sourcing candidates using a mix of conventional and innovative search techniques.
Screening
The recruiter concentrates on the identification of the best candidates that serve the client's requirements. The recruitment officer would take adequate time consulting each candidate to make sure they spend time for an effective positive experience from the beginning to the end of the whole process.
Quality Assurance
At this point, a review and testing process takes place. a dedicated Delivery Manager will be assigned to each account to ensure both the quality of the resume and the candidate. This is the most vital phase because your reputation is just as important to us as our own.
Negotiations
Your Recruiter will keep the pricing in mind and make sure they will negotiate to give the best deal for both the candidate and the client.
Present
This is where we present your ideal candidate. Once you approve, we consider it a qualified submission. Then, sit back and watch the results unfold.
